Dosage - dilution
Pure essential oil can only be used in oils and baths. For massage on the skin we use in a dilution of 1: 100, it corresponds to 24 drops per 100 ml of oil. (preferably almond). To refresh the skin, add 10 - 15 drops of pure essential oil to the bath
